2. Information to Include

• Your name and mobile number
• Date of the transaction or enquiry, where applicable
• Puja, Seva, donation or service details
• Receipt or transaction/reference number, if available
• A clear description of the issue
• Relevant supporting information

3. Payment and Booking Complaints

For payment, booking or refund issues, please provide the transaction/reference number and the date of the transaction so the matter can be identified and reviewed.

4. Privacy and Data Requests

Requests concerning personal information will be handled in accordance with the Website’s Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

5. Review and Response

The Mandir will review grievances in good faith and respond through an appropriate communication channel. The time required may depend on the nature of the complaint, supporting records and any third-party service involved.

6. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with a response, you may write again with the earlier communication or reference details so that the matter can be reviewed further, subject to applicable law and the nature of the issue.

7. Important Security Warning

Never send passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs or CVVs as part of a complaint. The Mandir does not require these confidential credentials to review a grievance.
