1. Booking and Availability

Puja and Seva availability is subject to the Mandir’s schedule, daily quota, operational arrangements and applicable religious requirements.

2. Accurate Information

Devotees must provide accurate and complete information while making a booking or enquiry. The Mandir may contact the devotee using the details supplied.

3. Confirmation

Submitting a form does not by itself guarantee confirmation unless the website or an authorized Mandir communication confirms the booking.

4. Date, Time and Quota

The selected date, Puja/Seva, number of bookings and applicable quota are subject to availability. The Mandir may close a quota or modify arrangements when required.

5. Religious and Administrative Changes

Puja/Seva timings or arrangements may change because of festivals, special ceremonies, crowd management, security, administrative decisions, government instructions, emergencies or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6. Charges and Payment

Applicable Puja/Seva charges will be displayed or communicated through an official Mandir channel. Payment processing, where applicable, is subject to the applicable payment service.

7. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Some confirmed religious services or arrangements may not be refundable.

8. Devotee Conduct

Devotees must use the booking facility lawfully and must not attempt to manipulate quotas, submit false information, impersonate another person, or interfere with the booking system.
